How do I add my signature?
Choose Copy signature, then paste into your email client’s signature editor. Use Copy HTML when an editor specifically asks for HTML source.
- Gmail: Settings → See all settings → General → Signature. Create a signature, paste, choose your defaults, and save.
- New Outlook / Outlook on the web: Settings → Accounts → Signatures. Add a signature, paste, and save.
- Classic Outlook: New Email → Signature → Signatures. Create a new entry, paste, and save.
- Apple Mail: Mail → Settings → Signatures. Add a signature to your account. Turn off “Always match my default message font” to retain its formatting, then paste.
Pasting, dark mode and image settings vary by client. Hosted images can be blocked until a recipient allows them.
